Burts Bees Grapefruit & Sugarbeet Shampoo

I started using this without any conditioner and was blown away by how soft and shiny my hair was! the first time i used it it was a little hard to de-tangle, but on day two, it was much better :) it worked so well alone, i decided to try it with the pomegranate/soy conditioner, and my hair feels and looks healthier than it has in years! i get pretty oily hair, especially in the front (bangs) and this is great for me. I think it will last a long time too as it doesn't take very much shampoo to get a good lather.

I bought the shampoo and conditioner.. It leathered really well, it cleaned my hair well. But I just cannot brush through my hair... It takes a long time, and when Im in a hurry, just got no nerves, and what happenes is I break my hair trying to brush through...I had this bottle for probably more than a month.. I switched back to other brands, and came back to this one, and back again.. Today I thought of all the positive things about the brand and gave it another chance. Also ordered a grab bag, hoping to get moisture shampoo and conditioner. Maybe this is just not made for my thin and long hair. Also I am growing back my hair color, so its half of mine and half died to a bit lighter color. I noticed it worked much better on my undied hair. anyways..burt's bees awsome!

I recently bought this shampoo after hearing my mother talking about how great it was. Now that I have tried it, I will never buy anything else! I have spent twice the amount on salon shampoos that just can't compare! My hair is very thick, unruly, and dries out easily but with this shampoo my hair is shiny, soft, manageable, and it smells absolutely amazing. It doesn't leave your hair weighed down and heavy like so many products do. I will never by another brand of shampoo or conditioner again!

Smelled nice, but leaves hair (and hands for that matter) feeling dry during and after use. I have always had soft/healthy hair, so there's really no excuse for this. I find that my hair tangles more throughout the day since I started using this shampoo. Also, it is quite hard to rinse out completely. Half the time I find suds on my hairbrush after I thought I had rinsed thoroughly. I might be able to put up with that if it didn't leave my hair feeling so dry and brittle. Very disappointed.

I like the smell of this, but as far as cleaning my hair goes and leaving it shiny, I'm not sure. It does clean my hair, but it takes a lot of rubbing in to make it lather. I don't feel like my hair is any shinier, in fact, it seems a little frizzier. I like that it's natural, so I keep using it, but it could be improved.
