Burts Bees Lip Balm - Acai .15oz

This lip balm is a home run. Between the smell and the effectiveness of this lip balm, you cannot go wrong. I love most of the Burt's Bees lip balms but this one is in my top 3 of favorites and I've tried them all. I like this one because it melts on your lips and sinks in. The berry smell lingers too which is nice as it is no too overpowering.

I bought this since all the reviews I read were good ones. This is not the worst lip balm I have ever used, but it isn't the best either. It went on kinda watery and didn't stay on long. Just not what I expected from Burt's Bees since they are so popular.

I've tried a number of the BB lip balms and find the Acai Berry and the Medicated with Clove oil to be the absolute best (I'm a bit concerned that I'm not seeing the Clove oil being offered any more though!). The Acai is excellent for the warmer months and is very light weight yet moisturizes well. The Clove was excellent during colder temps and/or when out riding my motorcycle (heat and wind is so drying).

Due to a cold my lips had become painfully dry and cracked. I bought the Rejuvenating with Acai at a local store. Immediate relief! After only two applications my lips no longer hurt. After one day of sporadic use, there were no more cracks or rough spots at all. Thank you! This product has earned a permanent spot in my purse.
