Burt's Bees Naturally Nourishing Milk & Honey Body Lotion, 8 fl oz

My first experience with this lotion is with the Milk & Honey that was in a yellow bottle with the hive on the front. I was disappointed when I saw that you no longer make that formula. I don't normally leave reviews, but I felt I had to join the choir of people begging for the old formula. A week ago, someone told me I had the "nicest skin" and that's no longer true because of this new formula. I bought the new formula despite the bad reviews because I wanted my skin to keep feeling really nice. I don't mind the smell, I don't mind the texture, but I do mind the way the it makes my skin feel. It's almost as if there's something coating it. And it doesn't seem to sink in all the way. I feel like I wasted my money. Please bring back the original formula. It was perfect.

I was very disappointed when you changed this lotion! This WAS my favorite lotion - the new & improved smells like plastic to me and doesn't seem as moist on my hands - not nearly as nice as the old formula! I would buy this lotion and give it to my friends all the time - not any more! I am very bummed - I am searching for a new lotion!

The review stars say it all! I have been using the old product for at least 8 years and have helped sell plenty of this product to friends and family because of the wonderful fragrance that it had and how great the product worked. Today I tried the new and improved??? It's not a lotion...it is now a cream that does not smell the same or good...And honestly I'm not sure what was so unnatural about the product to have to change it. I'm so unhappy I'm going to have to throw this new and improved product away! Will have to search out a different product line....so disappointed....send me an e-mail when you bring the old product back please.

This is the only lotion I have used for almost 5 years now. Unfortunately I'm so disappointed in the new formula that I am shopping around for a new lotion. The idea of the lotion tube rather than the bottle is actually a great idea...despite the loss of a few ounces. However, the smell is horrible. At first I thought it was just the smell of the plastic that the lotion is stored in, I now believe that the smell is the result of a "new" formula. I used to get so many compliments on this smell and never wore any perfumes because this was my preferred and signature scent. I can no longer hold this claim. So sad...

I have been a loyal and devoted Burt's Bees customer and advocate for 12 years, and the newest changes have left me looking for replacements for all of my Burt's products. The milk and honey lotion was a staple, and it is now nothing like the original. It irritates my sensitive skin, smells like plastic, and feels like it too. The Baby bee lotion is now half the size for the full price so I no longer purchase that either.
