Burt's Bees Tips and Toes Kit 1 Kit

Bought for gifts. Nice sampling of BB's popular items.

I've always been impressed with every product purchased from Burt's Bees,

Have a couple friends on the front line for this covid pandemic and their skin is taking a beating. Hopefully this can take care of them for taking care of others.

all the products are ok except the Almond and Milk hand cream didnt feel right, so sticky and smelled like rubber or chemical. I wonder if maybe its old already from the shelf? How can i exchange it ?

There are a lot of winners in there, but... the honey & grapeseed hand cream smells exactly like a convalescent center. I have had to spend plenty of time in various ones for relatives, and no joke, this cream smells like the cleaner used there deliberately turned into a cream. It would almost be impressive if that's what was the goal. I keep cringing ever time I catch a whiff since I rubbed a little into my arm to try it. Sorry to say, no one should smell like this; It's getting tossed, and I'm going to the bathroom and try to wash it off. I'm not sensitive to scents and generally not very fussy, but I can't imagine this being a R&D fragrance choice. The almond & milk hand cream has a good top note for scent, but quickly falls a little flat. It's still a nice cream, though. I liked how it felt and softened. This was my first time trying the coconut foot cream, and I liked it. It is more of a balm than a cream or lotion, but it softened well after some time to soak in. I've tried the other items before, and they are winners, although I prefer the texture of the original lip balm to the pomegranate.
