I sliced the cheese into small bit size cubes and used Ritz crackers and the combination was pretty good after placing in my mouth, but after chewing the last of it, the taste kind of faded away. I can taste the Ritz crackers only at the end.

It can be fried, crumbled or just enjoyed sliced and plain, it's that tasty. The flavors will not overpower a dish but add to the flavor profile without being too strong. Made with grade A milk, use it on salads, crackers or just enjoy it as it is. The texture is soft with a bit of bite to it. I highly recommend it and plan to add it to my regular shopping list.
