I was truly surprised over how well this good quality Espresso ground coffee tasted. the ingredients do benefit the right amount of caffeine Package serving size was enough to use for husband and I and has a good metal container to keep the coffee fresh. I like the flavor and ease of prep but unfortunately the fineness of the grounds causes the grounds to infiltrate the brew if, like me, you're using a French press. That said, I will purchase again as size, price and flavor are a good fit for me as a single person.
