The base is constructed of a black tubular steel post and a solid steel X-Base that measures 36-inches across. The entire base is protected with a black powder coated finish for a uniform, matte finish. Hidden adjustable glides on the bottom of the base keep the legs and tabletop level and are easy to adjust. Cain table bases are backed by a 10-Year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty.
