Love this protective powder, best ever! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I Bought this in store and I was compelled to write a review. I have tried about 3 different powders for my 6 month old's heat rash and diaper chafing rashes. I've used Johnson and Johnson's pure cornstarch and aloe powder, Johnson and Johnson's original powder, and Store brand Antifungal Powder for jock itch and athletes foot. I have tried every diaper cream under the sun. Here's a list of what did not make much difference in chafing and heat rash; Aquaphor, Vaseline, Boudeauxs Butt paste, Triple Paste, Lotrimin, prescription Nystatin, Cortizone, Calmoseptine, and Desitin. Tried going up a size in diapers and switching brands, going to pediatricians and getting prescriptions and nothing, I mean nothing was working. Although I'm not a fan of powders for babies because of inhalation risks and I'm also not a fan of talc because of the possible link to ovarian cancer, I was desperate. I literally could not find one negative review on this product itself, all the one star ratings online were about incorrect products, shipment, and packaging. All that considered, this powder is a godsend. It has eliminated red chafing marks, kept baby dry and has eliminated heat rash overnight! I will never use another product for diaper rash, heat rash and chafing again. Thank you for making this quality product at a cost friendly price. The smell is not my favorite, but for how well it works, I don't even care. Please don't ever stop making this powder!!! I am so relieved that we found this magic product. I wish I would have tried it before spending at least $60.00 on other ointments and powders. You will not regret buying this. Only complaints I have are that it is a bit of a pain to remove in the tub, and it is very hard to find in stores.
We use this powder in place of a cream and it works great.
I sprinkle this in my shoes. Keeps my feet dry and shoes smelling fresh.
