My favorite snack during a day. I need to wait for results but it looks that bloating is already less.
I have literally no idea if these are, like, making my fiber intake better. I usually forget to eat them. But you know what? They taste good and honestly that's enough for me.
Helped combat both constipation and diarrhea, both with unfamiliar travel diet and at home. The fibre is effective and the product tastes good - I like how they have different colours and flavours.
Its good from all sides, Quality ingredients age fiber packages benefit gut diet composition. Good vitamin taste good
supposed to be healthy but its so tasty i eat more than two although the recommended daily dose is too.. its just too tasty
