My area gets windy all the time! I was happy to try out this awning stabilizer kit. I think it's a great value to help provide stability in windy conditions. The kit includes two stakes, two ropes, and two sets of hardware to help set it up. No tools are required and almost anyone could probably try using this kit. The heavy duty spiral anchors are pretty incredible. They could be used for wind control even outside the RV world. It might not solve all your problems but this kit is a great value, takes up very little space, and has a wide range of uses. Definitely for the RV, it's a handy tool to give you more control in windy conditions. It beats the hassle and expense of RV repairs.

This CAMCO rv awning stabilizer kit is easy to use an install. The instructions are incredibly easy to understand, and the heavy spiral anchors have a great hold in the ground even with a gusty wind.

We are full time RV'ers. We are always looking for ways to make our life easier and more enjoyable. This Awning Stabilizer Kit has been a great addition to our trailer. We love sitting out enjoying nature but we also enjoy the shade when it is warmer weather. The wind that comes up at the many places we travel work against our awning so we don't put it out, until now!! This kit is so easy to use and works so well to insure our awning stays out without too much tension. The S hooks easily go around the ends of each side of the awning and hold the rope. Then the stakes go easily on in the ground to hold the rope steady and tight but gives play when needed. It easily tightens and loosens through the tightening brackets that are included. It only takes minutes to put up and take down after the initial time putting it together. The unit itself and rope is of good quality and I can see it lasting for many trips ahead. We are so happy to be able to put our awning out and not worry about damage from wind gusts we can't predict!

This was exactly what I pictured when I saw it. Does what it's supposed to do. Good quality. Works well and stays in place. Doesn't appear to wear out.
