Works as advertised in a black tank that didn't come from the factory with a black tank flush installed at the factory.

Have had these in a previous rv and they work great. Installation is relatively easy. Walmart online ordering service is great.

This is the only RV tank flush that is probably better than the ones supplied by the RV manufacturer. It is very simple to install and it is the best one for cleaning out the Blackwater Tank. I liked is so much that I purchased a second one for the Grey Water tank as well. The only negative I see with this unit is the 6 foot hose that is included. It may be too short for some applications and it is a chore to get the curls out of the hose before you install it. It is coiled into about a 4" roll for packaging. Hot water does the trick! Be sure to test the sprayer before you install it and remember to turn the water on slowly to avoid damaging the rotating head.

Didn't spin properly, returned it.

Used it for the first time recently and it performed great!! No mess and cleaned out the black tank wonderfully!!
