This little hose attachment has been a lifesaver. I bought one based on a recommendation in a camping post thinking "someday" we might encounter a situation that required it. My guy said we would probably never use it. That same camping season, we had to use it two times when filling the fresh water tank of our camper. Last trip, the hose at the dump station for non-potable water was cut off, so no threads. My guy grabbed the water bandit and polluted it with non-potable water. Ordered another and marked it using a waterproof sharpie with a big "P" for potable water.

This is a must for all RVer's, for all your water hookups that have damaged threads at your camp site and at dump stations

This would have come in handy many times, before we knew it existed. It saves on hose threads for fresh water fill or black tank dumps. We bought two, one for each application. Essential equipment for RV travelers.

Great idea. I really wanted it to work. But it doesn't. I took the risk for 6 bucks or whatever it was so no great loss. It just won't hold to the faucet with even the lowest water pressure.
