The only problem was the plastic water hose adapter would not stop leaking. I called the manufacturer which quickly without charge, sent me a brass adapter which worked great. Why don't they include a brass adapter in the original package.

Okay, first be honest with yourself on what you are going to do with a pressure washer. I know everyone wants the biggest baddest thing on the block, however, they don't like paying those big prices either. For me, it came down to water pressure and water supply. I have a well and water is only coming out at a certain low flow, so a huge pressure washer will not do me any good because I cannot feed it. So, yes it is a little pressure washer, but it packs a punch. Any hard stains, I just move it from fan to pin point stream and blast it off. A bigger pressure washer would perform the same but probably easier and faster - but if you don't have the massive water supply the big ones need, this pressure washer is the way to go! I would highly recommend, even if it takes you a little longer to clean than the bigger machines. End results, it is still clean! Great for do it yourself homeowners and occasional pressure washer people.

In process of returning. We used for an hour maybe a little longer and started to smell a burning smell...We shut it off when we started it back up it did not work We will try another type

Purchased the Campbell Hausfeld PW1835 Electric Pressure Washer via WalMart OnLine with free shipment to the House - the unit actually arrived a day or so early. The pressure hose reel, the onboard storage for the wand and the wheels make the unit easy to use and easy to store. The electric cord is quite long; the hose length is adequate. The supplied plastic hose connector is flmsey and leaks; get a Watts LFA-661 Garden Hose Swivel from the plumbing department (NOT the Garden Department) at Lowes - solid and zero leakage. I purchased the unit to Pressure Wash the pool deck and the aluminum enclosure struts in Florida - the unit so far works perfect. To ensure 2 years of life, I purchased the Replacement Plan for additional $15.
