Canon - PIXMA TR4520 Wireless All-In-One Inkjet Printer - White

the seller sent a printer that wasn't what I ordered; then to top it off they put an obsolete printer in the box that didn't even match the one on the box 4570. It was 1q something. I got my money back thru Walmart and I thank them very much. wtach out for this seller VENUS

i purchased this printer and received the 4700 series printer. i contacted the seller VENUS and they said "we gave you an upraded printer thats faster" i purchased the 4500 series because we have same one its reliable lasts a long time and that way we dont have to buy 2 different inks. the 4700 was 70 dollars we bought this one for 109! the seller refused to give us the difference because they gave us the wrong printer! i never ever met a company that gives you something different without telling you and doesnt even try to right their wrong! walmart thankfully resolved the issues. just be aware of who you buy from.

Nice compact unit functions well. As a retired person my volume of printing and scanning is light. I don't use fax.

The TR4520 is a toy. I cannot print cover stock or my checks. The paper guide is impossible to move, less you break a finger nail. Cannon has done away with the MP Navigator making scanning extremely cumbersome. The worse thing is that the ink only lasted 10 days and is not available anywhere. Now I have a useless black box where my good Canon MX410 used to be.

My old MX860 was well built, easy to use and reliable. My new TR4520 is cheaply built, the cover over the platen is loose and flimsy, It is hard to read the screen. I only purchased a new one because you no longer supported my old one!!
