Can't Believe It's Not Butter Pure Blends Coconut Oil Buttery Spread, 15 oz Tub

It is priced the same as the other I Can't Believe it's not Butter flavors and cheaper than other non dairy butter brands in the health aisle. I would love for this to be available in sticks for baking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lactose intolerance is the bane of my existence sometimes, so I'm always searching for good dairy free products. I thought I'd give it a shot, even though for the most part the normal ICBINB usually fine by me because the dairy content is pretty low. This is reasonably good if you like coconut, which I am not fond of. I liked it best of my cinnamon raisin English muffins, but I probably wouldn't use it to bake or cook with, as the coconut flavor is just strong enough.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started to eat healthy. Trying I can't believe it's not butter Coconut Oil is fantastic. I absolutely love the coconut flavor. I even cook with it. Gives my meal an extra taste, that's not expected. Love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product as a substitute in many ways, for making pancakes, sauteing veggies, melting chocolate for baking and in mac and cheese. I like the fact that no one could tell the difference in taste unless I told them I used this product which amazed me with my kids! I gave it a 4 because it does not melt well and kind of gels up and also that it does not fully have a butter flavor... but over all a good product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first, I wasn't too thrilled to try this product because I thought that it was going to be just coconut oil. When I opened the lid I saw that it was 'actual butter' I was much more interested. The butter spread so easily and has a slight coconut taste to it, which doesn't bother me because I love coconut. I also love that it has half the fat of regular butter and half calories as well!
