Product is effective, but be really careful not to put on an area that is sensitive, and make sure to SCRUB YOUR HANDS after application!! My husband knows this, but on several occasions has inadvertently touched his face near his eyes and has to immediately flush them.

My spouse really really likes this product. He was in the military for over 20 years and he has a lot of aches/pains from training/exercising for DECADES. I first saw it many years ago in a military store and this product is used when he is in a LOT of pain. It is VERY powerful stuff. You have to use caution. Make sure to read the instructions.

if you have skin as tough as nailing them go for it! It does actually make your pain better even your knees. I definitely couldn't use it anywhere else because it was just overwhelmingly hot. Do not cover it up or lay down after putting it on your back if you're sensitive!
