before that I took a smaller package to try. now I ordered to have it for a longer period ... the product is good and has much more epa and dha than most products

I love the ingredients, it lowers cholesterol, its the best omega ive tried so far. It doesnt have taste and i dont have those fishy burps afterwards which i love.
