If you're looking for a super sweet carrot with an extra crispy crunch, give Sweetness a try. The 6 to 8 inch roots are smooth and bright orange throughout, with an exceptionally sweet flavor and crunchy, juicy texture that combines for a real taste treat. Recommended for home garden use only as its wonderful crunch makes it difficult to machine harvest. Carrots grow best when temperatures are between 40F and 80F degrees.
