Celebrations Cricut Personal Electronic Cutter

My Cricut was given to me as a Christmas present. I enjoyed it so much I began demonstrating it to friends and family to show them how easy it was to use and how time saving it was compared to cutting out shapes with scissors. My 66 year old mother bought one after she saw the ease of it. What would I do without my Cricut?

I am a teenager and I asked for this Cricut for my birthday. I am very creative and thought that this would be really cool to ad to my station. Well, I got it on my birthday, and it is the coolest thing ever! It can cut really fast or really slow, it looks crisp and nice, and best of all, it is a great tool to have around, especially during scrap booking parties! I have gotten some cartridges with it that I heartily suggest! Doodle Charms, the original George and Shapes, and Paper Dolls. They are all soo cute! I have made tons of cards with little people on the front that looks like the people that I cam giving the card to! I heartily suggest the cricut to yo! And some tips- Walmart has AMAZING prices for cartridges, if your mat looses its stickiness, just spray adhesive onto it lightly, and you can always use a 12 by 12 mat, as long as you cut it in half, and then with only one mat, you get two!

I first experienced the Cricut at a scrapbooking event and I fell in love. I no longer have to look for the right letters! I've had 3 friends already purchase a Cricut. I was debating if I should purchase the larger one but for me, the personal one is just right. I recommend this to anyone and everyone who scrap books or does a lot of crafts.

If you are a serious craft/scrapbook person, this is an amazing buy! The unit itself is pricey, as well as the cartridges that it takes to produce the picture but it really is a great product. I have had it for several months and have used it so much. I have made birthday cards, scrapbooks as gifts, embelishments for framed photos and more. Consider purchacing with a family member or fellow crafter. If planned right only two to three cartridges need to be purchaced to get a wide varity of pictures.

Thank goodness I didn't buy the expensive model. I am having trouble with both paper tears and the blade not cutting the paper properly (so I have to use scissors) even though I change the settings as directed in the instruction book. The tv video says that this product will not go off of the paper. Wrong, again.
