C4 Ripped Pre-Workout Powder, Raspberry Lemonade, 30 Servings

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If this was about a year ago, it would be 5 stars. I have taken it since 2015 then had to stop when I found out I was pregnant Oct. 2022. After giving birth and recovering I went right back to it. Raspberry lemonade was my favorite, Now... It is disgusting! It don't taste the same, It doesn't blend good any more so there is little chunks/pieces of powder in it, (reminds me when I tried their shred and ultimate preworkouts) It didn't give me energy, and made me nauseous. I feel in love with c4 ripped after my 1st pregnancy in 2015, helped me so much to get my body back after giving birth. I was hoping the same for after this pregnancy. Its heart breaking that I now have to go about looking for a new prework.

I've used C4 Ultimate Shred for over 5 years now and finally changed it up when this came in a bundle. The stim isn't bad. Just the tinglies but I do get a good pump in. I take this with the CLK and Xtend Ripped and have gotten amazing results. The fruit punch has a slight medicine taste to it though.

Cherry limeade is great! Be forewarned, this does have a different effect than original if you like to sip yours. My tongue and throat had a bit of a “spicy” reaction. I worried a bit at first, but turns out it's normal. Nothing too intense, just a bit of a surprise when not expecting it. I chugged it the second time, and didn't have any issues.

I use a pre-work out powder daily and cycle between C4 and C4 Ripped. I like both. I find the powder mixes well and the flavors are better than most. I prefer watermelon and cherry limeade. Both give me a bit of a tingle, but not any jitters. I've tried many others, but always come back to these two.

Originally didn't think this made a difference when I first heard about it, but after using it for a bit, I definitely feel a difference. It's also my motivation to get up in the morning as its so yummy to drink (Icy Blue Razz flavor). Used to take a full scoop, but after getting itchy and tingly from it, had to half the scoop, which eliminated those feelings but still gave me the energy.
