I've been using this product for 2 yrs every. I know that its time to get another one as soon as I start to feel irregular and 'heavy'. I use this for the full 30 days and take about 3 months off and start over again. Makes you feel great and a little 'lighter' in the abdomen area. The only thing I dont look forward to is the last week or two, when I'm pretty much emptied out, I feel a lot of gas cramps, but still nothing to stop me from using it. 2-3 movements a day and nothing that will send you running for the bathroom. THIS ONE WORKS GREAT!

This stuff is awesome! You want to feel like a champ in 3 days then get it! I love it and I guarantee you Elvis would have too! I take it for 15 days and cycle off it for 30 days and start again. It is well worth the money and you won't believe how much better you will feel!

This is my 3rd day using this product and I love it. It works great! My stomach does start to cramp right before I go to the bathroom but the pain is not bad and goes away instantly. I weigh myself everyday and I have already lost 2 pounds in 3 days using this product. I will buy this product again!
