I had it installed over 2 years ago, and changed out the battery, that was very simple.. has worked flawlessly. I would reccomend especially if you live where you might loose power due to a ice storm..

I purchased this as a replacement for a screw drive system since the garage was right under a bedroom. What a huge difference as far as the noise is concerned ! I was blown away by how quite this was compared to the screw drive system. It was quite easy to setup too. Works like a charm. I initially had some problems with the sun playing tricks with the receiving sensor and the door not closing but that was easy to fix. The motion sensor to switch on the lights automatically could be better. Even the Evercharge feature came in handy when we lost power ! I'd initially figured I wouldn't ever need the battery backup but it's a good feature to have. The key fob remote control is also a great feature.

This garage door open is everything an opener should be: fast, reliable, and QUIET. I'd buy another in a heartbeat!
