Char-Broil Digital Electric Smoker Collection

Worked as expected for the first 3 months then the temp control died. Charbroil offered to send a replacement temp control kit but thankfully I was able to return the unit to Walmart instead. Similar issue with masterbuilt, avoid it as well. Trying Camp Chef DLX and early results are promising

i fell in love with it the first time i layed eyes on it i got it delivered from Walmart everything was working great the ph mode and i did the two hour burn of lik e it said even went an bought a nice beef brisket when it came time to cook i realized it was missing its remote control its thermometer probe and smoke box and when i opened the door after burning it off it fell off going back tomorrow to get the same one

We are new to smokers and I wasn't sure what to get. I went with any gut and I'm so glad I chose this one. It is fantastic! My only negative comment is the sticker on the glass was sooooo sticky! It took us probably 40 minutes scraping it with a razor blade to get the entire sticker off. Bad placement for such a sticky sticker!

Bought this as a gift for my husband and we love it! The food is extremely good. Plenty of room to cook on. It's compact and looks great. Can't wait to get a cover for it. Love that it has a remote and that we can add wood chips. I'd recommend it to anyone. We haven't had a single issue!

I have only made 2 batches of jerky & some smoked salmon on it so far. It is easy to use and gets up to temp without a problem. I live in IA & have been cooking with it in 30 degree weather & it works great! I think it would get warm enough on colder days to. I love that you can set a temperature and it holds it without babysitting it!
