Food Smoker

This is my first time smoking! Very easy to setup and use, I have smoked a whole chicken and also a pork butt, both came out perfect! The char broil really produces a good smoke, more than I expected. I also love the fact that it is self cleaning. I would recommend this product! Happy Smoking!,

I bought this smoker in December '13 and we have used it for roasting & smoking at least one a week since January. We've cooked/smoked a little bit of everything in it -- beef brisket, pork roast, pork chops, salmon, wild bore, chicken, prime rib. It does an awesome job and cooks it perfectly when you use the probe. I had a charcoal smoker for years and enjoyed it ... but this beats it hands done for ease of use & clean-up!

What fun! Consistently holds temperature. The EASIEST way to enter into the smoker "realm". I wanted something that was a set it and leave it type smoker and this is it!!! It doesn't get any easier and almost fool proof! I would highly recommend the product! It has a temperature probe so that the smoker will turn off once the meat reaches it's temperature. It even has a "cleaning" cycle that sets it up to high temp to burn stuff off and then automatically shuts it off after 30 minutes. It's a breeze to clean if you "pam" the smoker basket/1/2 racks before using. Make sure you "season" it before your first use to insure good flavor! I didn't rate durability since I don't know what this is at this point.

I used it twice so far - I made brisket both times. It was a cool windy day, and it took about 45 minutes for the wood to start, but my brother said the brisket was better that Famous Dave's.

This unit is small and compact, but delivers on great flavor and ease of use. Turkey breasts are no problem and even a small turkey wouldn't be an issue, but definitely not for a big bird. Whole chickens are great, too.
