Char-Broil LP Gas Patio Caddie Grill

I have wore this grill out and want a new one. It seems they discontinued it. The best grill i have ever had. Please tell me where I can get this grill!!

My Dad bought this for my birthday over 10 years ago when I moved into my apartment and I love it. Have used it daily and it cooks great. I now need some replacement parts that have just worn out.

I've had this Caddie Grill less than a week and love it . I have never had the want to use a grill as much as this in a long time . I got rid of a larger grill before this one cause of age and worn out . This Caddie Grill gives me the urge to want to use it all most every day . Don't let the size full you .There is plenty of room to cook for 4 people of more . This grill cooks fast and food doesn't seem to burn easily . Assembly of the grill was easy if you follow the directions properly .All the screws and nuts are placed neatly on a blister card . I assembled mine on a deck so i placed down cardboard so they wouldn't fall through the slots on deck . The grease cup supplied with the Grill makes a good screw holder while assembling the grill . This grill holds the standard 20 Pound grill tanks . If you are thinking of getting this Caddie Grill GET IT, you wont be sorry .

Overall, a good value. The grill doesn't retain the heat as well as I expected. it does take longer to cook a burger and steaks are a bit of a challenge. The cooking area is small but I expected that. Because of the small cooking area I did expect it to heat up fast & retain high temperatures. For simple grilling only and for small families. If that is all you need this grill fits the bill perfectly. Clean up is easy also. A perfect size for a small area.

I picked up my grill form the site to store and of course you have to assemble the grill yourself. The instructions were pretty much easy to follow and had the grill together is less than 20 minutes. Pros: The grill lit up the very first time I pushed the ignitor. A full size 20lb propane for a big grill will fit on this grill. There was barely any fire flash up when cooking hamburgers. The heat was nice and even cooking the hamburgers evenly unlike my last grill which burned the edges and left the centers almost raw. I could cook 6 full size 1/4 LB hamburgers at once time on this grill, not bad for something so compact. The heat comes up within a matter of minutes. Cons: The hardware however is not made of stainless steel, the heating plate seems to be some type of cast metal which I can see will be a rust problem later. There is no stainless steel parts on this grill at all. No cover avalable for the grill so I have to keep it stored inside the garage. The cooking plate is not teflon coated and was kinda hard to clean, the use of SOS pads seem to help in this area. The design of the grill does not allow for all of the grease to totally come out 100%, so iside grill clean up is necesary. I would recomend this product for a single person like me who has a place to store it inside when not in use to make a quick meal when you get home from work. It is a great grill for the price.
