Charbroil - Bistro Pro Electric Grill & Griddle + Charcoal Mode Red

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like this grill and have used it often. There are some things to note though. Assembly was a bit challenging especially the top part. Part of the red paint is already rusting too and we haven't had the grill for one season yet. Otherwise the size is good. We can use this daily if need be just to keep our interior stove clean. The gas and charcoal options allow for such versatility and is the best of both worlds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The temperature control is very useful when cooking from the grill to the skillet. Very sturdy and lightweight. Cleaning can be a bit tedious but all grills are. Only thing I wish were made differently is that the legs were removable/foldable so you could break it down to take it tailgating/camping. Make it more compact so it wouldn't take up so much room.

The dual-mode design is a game-changer — being able to switch between electric/griddle and charcoal grilling gives me the flexibility to cook anything from pancakes and eggs in the morning to smoky steaks and burgers at night.
