Did a great job of washing when used with a foam applicator, ie garden hose applicator sold by Chemical Guys. Great fragrance and it provided a great lubrication when hand washing.
Amazing product. The suds out of the cannon were unreal. The way my trucks paint felt after the wash was like I had just waxed it!!!
The product worked well with the bucket manually removing all dirt and debri from tons of off road driving conditions. Truck did not have mud but it did contain tons of dust and dirt that was not easily removed by water spraying.
Finally gave in and placed an order with CG. I was hesitant to purchase an entire gallon of citrus wash because they have quite the selection that I want to try. I'm more than satisfied with the results. I had yet to clay or polish my car and wanted to give it a quick wash to hold me over till the weekend... I couldn't believe the results after just doing a quick wash, rinse and dry. Everyone wants to know where I took the car to be detailed.... Guess I'm a profesh now!! Great work Chemical Guys! Your products are top shelf and I look forward to receiving my next order. Can't wait to try out your compound and polish lineup!
After doing a bunch of research, I picked up this wash for use of a full wash/strip/clay/polish/seal/wax job on my car. Previously I've used whatever car wash was on sale at the local parts store. Not anymore. Using a 1oz/1gal ratio, I mixed up the citrus wash in my bucket for 3 gallons of wash water. The soap is quite thick, which is different that I've been used to. The suds were nice and thick the entire wash, and the lubricity was great. After going over the car with a wash mitt, I went back after the panels with my clay mitt and the same wash soap. The mitt had no problem gliding over the paint due to the lubricity of the wash soap. The car rinsed quickly and cleanly. The paint was smooth and whatever wax or sealant that was previously on the car was gone. I plan to give the regular concentration of soap a try on my wife's car and see how that cleans (and hopefully not strip anything off her car).
