Doesn't produce enough steamy

This steamer does a good job for certain application. It works well for me when steaming wrinkles out of doll clothes, straightening neck collars and for use on other small household items where a ironing would not be feasible. It is ready to use almost INSTANTLY which is nice. It FILLS QUICKLY, but it is a hard to know when it has been filled completely. You fill it horizontally and there is a fill line, but when you hold it upright, more water can be added. The side panel shows the amount of water, but when steaming, it is hard for me to see the water line and guage how much water is actually left in the reservoir. While this steamer is a good choice for travel and certain small applications, it is not a good choice for large items because of the amount of time it takes to actually steam out the wrinkles. It does remove wrinkles but some have to be gone over many times to accomplish this. There is not an ON/OFF button, or a way to steam continuously without having to hold down all the time on the STEAM BUTTON. This causes me to have hand fatigue after using for just a little while. For traveling this steamer's SMALL SIZE and LIGHT WEIGHT will make it easy to pack. It comes with a TRAVEL BAG ready to tuck in a suitcase, or hang in the closet. It also comes with a long power cord (9ft).

This worked great at getting wrinkles out and was easy to use. The steamer is just the size of my flat iron and doesn't get hot or uncomfortable to hold. The tank is easy to fill with a line indicator for fill spot. It steamed fairly quickly and I was able to use it right away. I would recommend this product for how well and fast it works.

The CHI Handheld Garment Steamer measures about 11 inches long and came with a travel bag and an instructional manual. What I like about the CHI Handheld Garment Steamer is that it is compact enough to travel with and can be easily stored in my luggage. I also appreciate that it came with its own travel pouch. What I do not like about the CHI Handheld Garment Steamer is that it takes forever to remove wrinkles. I’m not sure if the steam provided by this steamer is not hot enough but it took a long time and quite a few passes for it to remove just a few wrinkles from my shirts. Overall, the CHI Handheld Garment Steamer is conveniently small, however it’s just not strong enough to do the job efficiently.
