Been years since I've tried sardines after Of experience Sprinkled them lightly with kosher salt Play some on top Around tortilla chip as I was out of crackers Absolutely fantastic will be buying several cans on the next shopping

I did NOT try the recipe. But I enjoy Chicken of the Sea sardines right out of the tin. I prefer the oil packed. They are the best flavor over sardines from other regions. Mild flavor and pleasing size and texture. And are usually among the best value of sardine brands.

These have a pretty good flavor, but I did not read the ingredients closely. Bought six in olive oil and saw another variation with light smoke flavor and “oil”. My mistake! Taking the rest back and swapping them out.
