Children's Benadryl Antihistamine Allergy Cherry Alcohol-Free 8 oz, 2-Pack

I have always had a really hard time even as an adult swallowing pills. This makes it so much easier to take much needed allergy meds during the season. The taste isn't too terrible and it even comes with a measuring cup so you can get an accurate dose. It usually does the trick when I can't sleep due to my allergy symptoms at night. I feel like it's a good alternative for people who can't swallow pills young and old.

Great product! Provides wonderful allergy relief. I just wish the individually measured doses would come back. They are so convenient when out with your children - grandchildren. No worries about leaking messy medicine bottle and easier to carry on airplane!

My son takes this in the evening sometimes when his allergies are bothering him. It does a great job of stopping his symptoms within a short period of time. He seems to like the flavor and appreciates that it provides such quick relief when his allergies are bothering him!

This was recommended by my son's pediatrician and our local pharmacist and it works! We usually don't give it to him more than a day or two here and there, but during allergy season we definitely have to be consistent with it. He does experience some drowsiness, so I prefer to give it to him at night so it isn't affecting him during the day, but thats just my preference! Apparently, it has the opposite effect for some people/kids, so some parents probably prefer to give it during the day time so it doesn't keep their kids awake at night!

Every medicine cabinet should have Benadryl! As the mother of a child with severe tree nut allergies, I keep Benadryl handy at all times. The generic version is more affordable and I purchase that if it's available. If not, name brand Benadryl it is! Docked one star for having a generic replacement that is more affordable.
