This was the first time I used this product and the reason why was it was on sale and overall cheaper then the brand I usually use. I used it following the directions and even left it on 5 minutes longer then suggested but the end result was not accomplished. I still had visible grey strands and I bought a lighter color and you cannot tell any color difference in my roots/hair at all. If your looking for a minimal cover this might work.

been using this for years. it's a great product to touch up grays. i love that it lasts for a few weeks depending on how often you wash your hair. i was my hair every other day. my hair is coarse and curly. it doesn't change my hair in any way. it doesn't smell bad. it comes with a comb, gloves and tray along with the coloring solution. there is no color conditioner included. love it and will continue to use!

Clairol Root Touch-Up is my go to for covering grays in between salon visits. Initially, I was concerned that hair dye was too far outside my wheelhouse, but Clairol makes it easy and foolproof with step by step instructions. I'm never disappointed afterwards, just wish I hadn't waited so long to use it!

I ordered groceries Sunday for delivery Sunday 2 to 4. At 3:30 I had not been contacted at all. So I called. Gave my order number and it hadn't been picked yet. As he is picking he sends me substitutions for almost everything. It got so bad I just cancelled the order. I reordered everything that night late for 9am delivery the next day. It duplicated all my items. Luckily I saw it and changed everything to 1 item instead of 2. I missed 3 items so I got double. I'm not sure what's going on but it's getting out of control and it puts me in a panic. I need the specific food for my daycare. This is about the 4th time I've had issues with Walmart delivery in the past month.

The box I received was totally different than the one shown which I have used many times. The box is smaller than the original. At first I thought I received the wrong product and was ready to send it back. I opened to check and realized the product was the same but a very different box. I assume it works the same but have not tried it yet. If it is the same product it does colour nicely.
