Clean & Clear Advantage Acne Control Kit, 12 oz

At first this kit reduced my acne but after a couple of days I got red swollen patches under both of my eyes and they have been there for days now and won't go. After a few days use the products burned my face when I used them and I have severely dry and flaky skin now which was an issue I never had before. Now whatever I use on my face burns and I have terribly dry skin. I was really optimistic about this kit after the first few days as I had a reduction in spots but the dryness of the skin is worse than the acne ever was, so unfortunately I wouldn't recommend.

I decided to use this to clear my skin as I have been experiencing adult acne in hopes to lessen it I have decided to use this. Well let's say it was the biggest mistake of my life after just using this product twice I woke up with a red face which was not even the begining of my problems, my face was completely swollen my eyes were swollen almost as if I was crying for days. I had to seek professional help from a dermatologist ! My face was literally burnt by the ingredients and it was dried to the max and off course the swelling took about 4 days to clear up! People were asking me If I had an accident because my face was so terribly swollen. I do not recommend this product to anyone. Please do not make the mistake it will ruin your face.

My mom has been buying this kit for me since middle school and I use to use it everyday and for some odd reason I just stopped towards the end of my junior year of high school because I wanted to try out other products. I started college and I started working a full time job and I began getting stressed out this caused me to get acne again and I batted this for quite awhile and I am the type to pick at my acne and because i'm mixed, and fairly light, I started to get really dark acne scars and couldn't find anything to clear my acne, and I forgot about the clean and clear kit. I went to the store and stumbled across it and I remembered how good it worked and I purchased it again. It has only been three days and my skin already looks amazing. I'm so glad I came across this kit again. The money isn't even an issue because i've spent way more money on other products. For anyone complaining about it drying out your skin (it used to do that to mine as well), i'm not sure if you put the product directly on your face, but I just discovered that if you dilute it a little with water so it's not so thick and it's a little watery then put it on your face it won't dry your skin out. So I would recommend trying that. I use all three products in the kit daily though. I don't use it twice or three times a day only because I feel like that would cause my skin to get irritated but using it once a day has been working perfectly for me.

It began to work at first and cleared a majority of my breakouts.. But as i continued to use it, my face broke out more and more and it looks horrible. I mean, we all have different skin. So I don't think this product is for everyone. But overall, it isn't working for me.

I bough this and used it TWICE and I now have a chemical burn on most of my face it is red and puffed up. I can not afford to see a dr and I sent an email to clean and clear asking what i should do with no response yet. Its very embarrassing to have to work like this I cant even get makeup to cover it up. I got this to improve my skin but its worse now than before
