CLEAN & CLEAR Foaming Facial Cleanser Sensitive Skin 8 oz (Pack of 2)

I have been using this product for years and loved it. I just bought another bottle and it appeared to have some separation in it. I returned it a week later and bought another bottle that looked fine. Started using it and it is not the same product as it used to be. I needed two full pumps to get it to foam up where it used to take a half pump. Unless I read something to change my mind, I am going to search for a new brand.

Wow, I am almost 40 years old and I have been using this product since I was in high school. I am not one to write reviews but for the past few months I have been experiencing a horrible rash and burning around my eyes and skin. I thought something was wrong with me or my allergies were really bad but comes to find out apparently there is a new formula. This new formula has caused the skin around my eyes to break out in a rash and extreme burning around my eyes. I have an appointment to see a dermatologist because the rash and burning has irritated my skin so badly. I am trying to find another product to use in the meantime but it has been awful. Hopefully, something can be done to go back to the original product.

I hope J&J is listening- read your reviews. This cleanser is HORRIBLE now. The new formula is runny, leaves an odd metallic taste in my mouth (very strange), breaks out my skin, has a weird slippery consistency and the worst is if you happen to slightly open your eyes while cleansing, it BURNS LIKE HELL. I've used ONLY this cleanser for over a decade, it was the best on the market. I have switched to Cetaphil Gentle Foaming Cleanser. Shame. If you bring back the old formula, I'll gladly go back. LET US KNOW!!!!!

I'm another long time user of this product extremely upset at the new formula. I tried multiple bottles to make sure I didn't just get a dud. The new formula is SO watery, it smells HORRIBLE, and it BURNS your face when you use it! I'm not sure what they added- but I would not recommend this at all for sensitive skin, in fact I wouldn't recommend that anyone use it at all. I started breaking out after only one day of use after having clear skin for years. Please bring back the old formula, this new stuff is awful.

I just started a new bottle and discovered that the new formula is so watery and ineffective that I plan to discontinue use immediately. I am sad as this is a product I have used consistently for over a decade. Why change a product formula loved by so many?!
