At first I was happy to purchase this item at the great low price. However, on our maiden voyage to the local ice cream store, the right foot pedal fell off several times. So we had our son NOT pedal the rest of the way there and all the way home. Also, when the bike tipped the wee ride twisted. So, when the bike was picked up my son was not able to ride. My husband had to tip his bike the opposite way and wrestle with it a bit to get it straightened out. Who knows - maybe we should have tightened things up more, but why would the pedal keep falling off?!?!

well worth the money. My 5 year old has a blast everytime we go for a ride, she grins from ear to ear. The only thing about it is dont turn to sharp or it will tip over. Still a great product and i think it will help a child learn to balance and ride a bike on their own

The assembly process was easy. The front pedal bearings needed to be removed and greased. The rear wheel bearings were very noisee and had to be tightened up. The alan wrench bolts weren't as sturdy as normal bolts and will strip easily. Once these minor adjustments were made, the product worked great.

For the price and quailty of this product it was excellant. Once we put it together we were so pleased, on the connection assembly it had to connect to the main bicycle, it has a nice swivel connection that others we had priced out did not have, which it has made it much easier to connect and move with out affecting the main bicycle. I would recommand this product anytime. Great bike!

Well constructed unit for the price. Chain guard was slightly bent and rubbing on chain, had to bend it out slightly. Chain was too tight and had to adjust. Assembly was straightforward, however instructions were not the most complete. Took it out for a 10 mile ride the first time out and 5 year old son had a great time. Everything worked great!
