CobraCo 3-Sided 106" Gothic Steel Trellis Arbor - Green

For those of you having a hard time putting this together I ran across this. THe directions that come with the product are not good. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AMetcjZanGE I originally started putting this together from the bottom up, then ran across this video and it was much easier. I gave it a 3 star and not higher because of the quality. It's definitely not wrought iron, it's a flimsy metal. Good enough for what you see pictured but not rugged. The other reviews mention this as well.....some of the screws just spin and never connect. I have mine put together and will anchor it down. It's not a bad purchase for the price.

We are very very disappointed!!! First off there was one of the scrolls on it was completely broken off on one side and another one was bent all the way down. After starting to put together 90% the way done we found that a piece for the top was missing a middle part that the scrolls attached to very depressing

All Parts shipped, easy to put together with everything fitting together with one exception parts (A) and (B) the top scroll pieces do not fit well at all, unit has to be completly assembled before you can add scroll parts as they have to be forced. I have put together but having trouble keeping asch aligned. the hex nuts for the short screws were not the same thread size so I had to use some I had, I am going to hardware store tofind repacements with locking nuts in hope that they will hold scroll pieces in place. Engineering on total assembly is very poor, I think if the factory had put one together the would have same problem, I am using for a beach wedding so I have to take apart and reassemble again.

I found this item for the best price at Walmart. I ordered it and picked it up at the store and took it home so my husband could put it together. Unfortunately we were shorted 2 of the pieces that go on the top of the trellis. We went ahead and set it up in the garden and I contacted the company the product came from in PA. I was told that they could not send me just the pieces I needed, but that I would have to box the item back up and return it to the store, get a refund, then order another one. That was way too much work. My husband created a top for me that looks nicer than the one that was supposed to be attached. Beware when ordering items like this, if you are missing pieces, it is impossible to easily get a replacement.

Sorry to say I'am so disappointed in this purchase. All because it's missing a top bracket. Without it I don't know how it will stay together.I called the manufacturing company on the box,however they DO NOT HAVE REPLACEMENT PARTS. So what good is it to me? What a waste of time and money. I am too aggravated to send it back. Hope I can use wire to tie it together-- nice .
