I ordered this for my husband to use with his C-Pap machine. Since it came in sizes, I ordered the large. It wouldn't even go over his head and it would have cost almost as much to return it as it cost originally so it's just here and there is nothing we can do with it. So disappointed that what was listed as large was so small.

The first one sent was medium and said it was for someone under 240lbs. My husband couldn't even get it over his head and he is just under 200 lbs. The large one fit, and we had to pay the shipping costs to exchange it. The product is good if you get the right size.

The sizing guide is wrong. The thing is not worth the price. The medium should be called a small! My husband is 40 lbs. less than the stated guidelines and he just laughed when he tried to put it on. It is on its way back to the company. I advise you not to waste the money.

The first few nights I used this, it was very tight. I woke up with my bottom teeth hurting as well as my jaw. As I continued to use it, it got looser. I thought when I washed it, it would get tighter again. It did not. Now it slides around some. It does keep your mouth closed for the most part. I'm not sure why it slides around. I got the size it said for my weight. I hope as I continue to use it, it doesn't stretch anymore.

I've been recommended to use a CPAP machine due to my breathing. I know so many people who have them and just hate it. This is not the most attractive device (but neither is a CPAP)! It's soft and comfortable and and easy on my skin. It truly keeps my mouth closed and in place. The only "con" I can think of is that it messes up my hair; small price to pay for breathing better....
