Max Factor for Women Colour Elixir Lip Liner, Pink Princess

As with other reviewers disappointed that you can't twist end to sharpen. Found a couple of reviews and one reply from Max Factor saying it can be sharpened normally, but this ends up leaving a sharp, jagged plastic edge …not good.

Have bought 4 of these, but still cannot sharpen! Please max factor tell us how to do this! Expensive product for just a few uses. Would be great but for this problem!

Having read the reviews, it appears I'm not the only one to wonder how you get more from this pencil. First two uses were brilliant, then nothing. Also there doesn't seem to be a reply as to how to remedy the problem, I'd love to know.

I struggled to peel the ridiculous sticky security label off to open pencil and knocked the tip off in the process. The bottom of the pencil twists but nothing happens. What a waste of money

I've had this a few weeks and used it about 4 times and thought it was great, however its gone blunt and no way to sharpen it, tried to twist the bottom thinking maybe retractable but nothing happens. Am I missing something? Waste of money and I brought two different shades.
