[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family loves chocolate covered caramels. We gave the Cadberry Carmamello a try. The caramel is very smooth, and not too chewy. I love the individual packaging which allows each piece to be super fresh and delicious.

Recently, the Caramello recipe has likely been changed. I cut open a Caramello and inside was a clear, transparent, and gel-like substance. There was very little "caramel" inside and my experience was ruined. Before this change, the Caramellos tasted great with lots of caramel and good chocolate. I will now be switching to Ghirardelli Caramel Chocolate because I believe this brand tastes better.

Awful! I used to love this candy as a kid and tried it tonight as a treat. It tastes so grainy and I actually looked at the ingredients list because I wasn't even sure it was actually chocolate. It had the worst aftertaste and was horrible. Ended up throwing the bar away!

No broken pieces, everything was intact and fresh!
