Terrible cap, it's hard to read and leaks. We were pouring the new bottles into an old one. But it's not worth it anymore and we're switching products. The bad cap has been around too long. The soap is great but not worth the hassle.

Your new container design is TERRIBLE. The new cap specifically. I came here to give you feedback, & I see in the reviews that many, many people feel the same way as I do. It drips. One cannot read the barely raised measuring lines - especially when it's slick with detergent. I had to rinse & dry out the cap & take a felt tip pen & make lines where the measuring amounts are. It leaks where you screw the cap on which drys & leaves an unsightly, messy residue. The detergent runs down the outside of the container & leaves a drip ring underneath. You people need to rethink this design. The old design worked much better. It held more detergent, as well. I used to always buy the Lavender/Eucalyptus. (Or was it sage?) At any rate, the plain Lavender is ok, but with the 2nd scent, it was much more interesting. The product works well & I give it 5 stars. The container gets 0 to 1 star, so the 3 stars I marked is an average.

The design of your new container is absolutely terrible!!! The detergent gets all over the lid and overflows. It is a mess! I can't believe it passed quality control.

I am committed purchaser of 7th Generation products have been for a long time. I "love" the laundry soap and dish soap, both do a great job and the mild natural fragrances are lovely. However - with the redesign of the laundry soap bottle cap I will likely switch to another laundry soap brand until 7th Generation resolves this terrible design. It creates a terrible mess, dripping down the side of the bottle top when the cap is replaced on the bottle. It is also harder to measure out the laundry soap - there are no clear lines to measure by. But the worst of it is the mess! Please go back to the previous cap!
