This is an excellent lotion that softens my skin but leaves no greasy residue and my skin stays soft and moisturizer for a much longer time than any other lotion I've used. I haven't used it long enough to know how effective it will be on my eczema but so far the redness is fading and the scaly patches are much reduced.
