I was given this creatine to try and I have used creatine for years and it can be hard to find a product that has the proper amount in it to experience the benefits from it. I like this creatine by Con-Cret as it contains creatine HCI 750mg per serving (or 5250mg regular creatine) since the HCI equals 7x the amount of regular creatine. I like the taste and I do not feel bloated like I do with some of the other brands. The lemon lime flavor is good too. Also a plus if you bring to the gym the container is much smaller then most since you need less and it fits in a gym bag easier.

I received this product in exchange for my honey review and I will be transparent with you. The lime flavor tastes amazing, a soft and delicious flavor. It's helped me a lot with my recovery and strength. I have been using it every day 30 min before going to the gym and give me so much energy. I highly recommend it.

I suppose its my own fault for not playing closer attention. $20 for 1.62 ounces of product is astounding to me. the container is not even half filled. The product is useful, but the price to ounce ratio is disappointing. Please fill the container by at least 80% to justify $20
