very durable, love the color, amazing heat and low volume - very powerful!

I got this straightener for Christmas this year, and was actually very excited. But when I opened up the box, my face fell. The plate itself was tiny compared to the rest of the straightener. Then I plugged it in and waited for twenty minutes for it to heat up. And when it was on the hottest setting, it still didn't even make a difference on my hair. I have very VERY thick, slightly wavy hair. I could put my fingers on the plates without hurting myself. I'm very disappointed in this straightener. It looked so cool with all the attachments, but definitely not worth it. Unless you're buying a cheap gift for a first time hair straightener, this is a waste of money.

this was my first and the worst flat iron i have ever bought i am going to buy me a new one. this one was a disaster. i wouldnt want anyone to waste their money.

I was very sceptical about getting this bc of how cheap it was but it tured out to be pretty nice. I love the curling iron it did beautiful spiral curls in my hair, it takes it a while to get hot but when it does its hot and works good. The crimping plates work good also I just havent took the time to actually do my hair with it being so long. I am glad I got this, its great so far.
