The unit does not heat the water, instead it seems that it makes the water colder on its own! I will be taking this item back.

22 yr old daughters Christmas gift she works on her feet all day at a vetinarians office so after a long days works it feels really good to come home & use this items..feels really good..Great purchase!!!!

I bought this tonight with high hopes. The water jets were hardly jets... as a matter of fact, I had to check to make sure they were even on. The heat setting didn't maintain the heat. The instructions say to start with warm water and it will maintain the temperature. This didn't work, and within 4 minutes, the water was cold. The bubbles, however, bubble so well that the water ended up on my floor. That is... when they decided to work. I will be returning this product, and I do not suggest it for anyone else.

I do not like this product very much. Yes, it massages my feet, but not like I thought it would. I have to put extremely hot water in it so my feet do not freeze. But the water does not stay warm very long. I only use the product during the summer time and only when my feet are in almost unbearable pain. I am totaly unsatisfied with the product and would not recommend it to anyone who is looking for something that helps keep water warm while massaging their feet.

I got this as an early Christmas present, and I was so excited to use it. I read the book, and it said that the heating element is not made to heat water up, but to keep the temperature the same. I tried it twice, trying all of the settings, and the water was cold in about 5 minutes. The leftover water in the pitcher was still hot, but in the foot spa it was cold. If I could give it half a star or negative stars, I would. This product is definitely not worth the 30 bucks I paid for it, and I will be taking it back.
