Other reviews won't lie. This thing doesn't have a functional heater. It works fine otherwise, but if you want the working heater then spend your money on another product. The item was returned within a few days.

This is responding to all the reviews about this product. Maybe if you read the item description where it says "does not heat water" thats why the water stays cold, duhhhhh. So all in all the product works how it is described.

My wifes feet swell and I bought the product for massageing her feet. It is working very well and I am pleased with the product. It doesn't heat the water from a cold start and we start with heated water.

I bought this as a christmas gift for my girlfriend and she loves every minute of using this wonderful product. The picture itself describes the quality of engineering put into it thanks Wal-Mart.

The retractable cord is a nice feature.
