Hose won't screw into unit. Need to return.

I purchased this because of the price and the brand name. I am very disapplointed in this product because it pours water out all over your clothes while you are trying to steam them and it tips over all the time. Don't waste your hard earned money on this product.

Provides nice hot steam. Easy to assemble. Does tip easily, but otherwise a great product. Lightweight, compact and ready to steam in 6 minutes.

Everything worked fine, it was when I wanted to attach the wrinkle accesory, it was faulty and as soon as I attached it it broke leaving a piece of it in the handle that did not allow for other accessories to be attached or to put back in its storing position. I had to take it back and return it and now I dont feel like going through the whole process all over again, since I have to buy it again and they dont have it at the store.

A worthless piece of junk.
