Easy to use, dry my hair really faster(1/2 the time), parts on easy; could improve the button a bit to make switch easier.

My daughter and I are transitioning from relaxed to natural hair. Needless to say, it has been a crazy journey. Her hair is big and thick so I needed something just to break it down and flat ironing was a chore. It took a couple of hours. With this tool, I only have to prep the hair well, (moisturize and heat protect), divide into small sections and dry. Her hair retains body and texture without heat damage or limpness. There is no need to flat iron so I save time and my back. My hair is not very thick and so the process for me is even quicker. I have the technique down to a science. I can part, comb and blow with the same attachment. My hair retains it's softness and it is much more manageable. I like the fact that I don't have to use the flat iron at all. I can just blow and go. My only wish: more user friendly controls.

Even after reading all the fabulous reviews, I was skeptical that this hairdryer was any better than some of the others I have owned through the years. It was a little pricier than most others, so I hesitated buying it, but finally gave in and ordered it. It looked average when I opened it, but as soon as I held it in my hand, I knew it was different. The grip is the best fit for my hand and is not cumbersome like many dryers. And the quick dry and brush are excellent for my hair. It only takes minutes to dry and therefore less heat damage to hair. Also love the cool down button. Had several people comment that they liked my haircut, but it was really the dryer that made styling easier and better. Cannot say enough good things about this product. By the way, I notice many of the reviewers are African American; I am Caucasian with very wavy hair, but not tight curls.
