Conair Soft Bonnet Hair Dryer

...was disappointed in this dryer, the hose kept falling out when the power was turned on, so had to turn it off & put the hose back in place, did this 3/4 times, the first time I tried it, then had to hold it to dry my hair so returned it the next day:(

I love the power and compactness of this hairdryer. The only negative to me is that the cap could be a little larger. I use large rollers and would have liked a larger cap for ease.

As I still put my long hair up in rollers, this product decreases drying time by well over half! Love it! It isn't noisy, has good air pressure and different heat levels, perfect for my needs!

the cord does not lock in with the bonnet's connection. it slides out by itself, very loose and no other way of holding the cord and bonnet together. i was very frustrated when i wanted to use it and cord just kept falling off! i am returning this product and not recommend buying it to anyone.

This dryer is very handy for me. My hair takes a long time to dry and in the winter I usually have to wash my hair at night so that it will be dry-ish by morning (handheld dryers take way too long on my 4b hair!). I had read that parts of the dryer are hard to use or that they come apart. I read the directions carefully and tested the connection before I washed my hair and put it on my head. You have to insert the hose and turn it till it can't turn any more. I used the medium and low settings. I followed the suggestion to use a towel around my neck to protect it from the heat, but I actually would have done better if I had put the hose in the front. The front of my hair got too dry (it isn't used to being dried with heat) and the back not dry enough in the same amount of time. I will do that next time.
