Conair True Glow Facial Sauna Moisturizing Treatment System, Pink/White

Great product and was the best deal I could find. By buying this, I saved myself the time, expense, and hassle of a trip to the dermatologist. I had a zit on my upper eyelid (I have extremely only skin and huge pores) that, for once, I didn't pop because I didn't want to mess with my eye. So I figured my body would reabsorb the zit. I should've popped it because although my body DID some reabsorption, the main part of the zit dried out into like a grainy piece of sand under my skin. No one noticed it, but it annoyed me for two years and it was ugly to me. When I read that steam facials open up the pores, I bought this contraption with the intention of steaming up my face and squeezing the stubborn thing out. So I steamed up my face in 10 minutes and was shocked that it only takes 10 minutes?? Yes. Then I barely scraped my nail over the skin and this tiny, hard, yellow sandy thing slid right out like butter. It was worth the money for that ALONE. Then I noticed so many whiteheads got pushed out of my skin, so finished squeezing them out. My skin looked and felt better than it was in a long time. Too bad I'm lazy, because I am sure that if I used this even once a week, my pores would shrink and my skin would glow. I do it once a month and see improvement afterward anyway.

This is my first experience with a facial steamer and Conair puts out quality products so I was excited to use this. This machine seems well constructed and it's easy to use. It takes about two minutes to warm up. I use this after I have cleansed my face and ready to prep it for my skin care. I usually steam my face for 7-10 minutes. The steam doesn't get to hot so you don't risk burning your skin. I am pleased with how my skin looks and feels after using this. My pores are less clogged and my face feels super soft. It's very soothing and relaxing.

After following all instructions, I had the facial sauna ready to go and was so excited to use it. Unfortunately that excitement quickly evaporated as this machine did not produce very much steam. The steam also only came from the left side, so I'm thinking the heating element (?) may be either messed up on the right or not as strong. I did try putting a towel over my head, but with so little steam it didn't make a difference. After toying with the timer, I believe it leaves the heat on long enough for the water to stay hot for your intended time, not that it leaves the machine on the entire time (or at least that's the way mine seems to work.) All of the pieces were there and in perfect shape, relatively easy to set up, and use. The instructions recommend using distilled water and I've heard that you should to avoid bacteria contamination. Overall just disappointed this machine didn't provide much steam for a facial, might be enough of you're using the sinus cone.

This system gives out good steam for a facial cleaning. This system comes with all the necessary parts EXCEPT batteries for the facial scrub brush. The scrub brush has two attachments. Facial creams not included you have to use your own. A nasal cone is also included to use for nasal congestion. I like to use this system at least once a week for my facials. It is worth it. Oh and the color of my unit is blue not pink as depicted in the picture.

I like the Conair MDF3W True Glow Moisturizing Mist Facial Sauna System. It is a very well unique item. I've never seen or used anything like it before. It is easy to use and it makes my face feels nice and clean in a matter of minutes. It is also lightweight, which is useful as well. I would recommend this product to others.
