I absolutely LOVE this tablet. It's more than anyone can ask for. However, I gave it 4 stars because my 4 year old was able to delete all the learning apps, and I was unable to download them back onto the tablet, which was a major bummer.

I did not receive the correct tablet and the seller refuses to send me the tablet I ordered. They dont care about customer service at all! Spend your money on something else

My child couldn't really download everything she wanted. The screen is not durable. Her stylus pen put scratches all over it. The case didn't protect it either. She dropped it and the corner hit the floor and the screen cracked. Ordered an Apple iPad to replace it. Will never purchase a cheap tablet again

The tablet was great for the first week and then the touch screen started going out. We bought two tablets initially and had to buy a third one to replace the first one that went out and now all three have the same issue starting with the touch screen going out on each of them and now they will not charge or power on whether you use the factory issued cable that came with it or any other type. nothing will work. I really had high hopes that this would be at least a partially decent product for the price, but I was wrong. Really disappointing.

This company apparently had 2 different stocks. I ordered 3 educational tablets whereas I only received 2 then they took it upon themselves to “know what was best for my kids”. Anyone who has kids knows that it does matter besides I personally wouldn't buy a tablet with just ebooks on it. The dark blue device doesn't even get pass the setup screen it keeps showing an error message. Now Christmas was yesterday apparently and I have one child who doesn't have his device because the company thought it was ok to send me what they thought would work even though it's not what was paid for. Not to mention the device with the ebooks are outdated and running android 11 but the other two are newer running android 13. Be cautious when ordering from this company. I've attached pictures below to show what I mean. The red one is the correct devices I ordered the dark blue one is I'm assuming the extra of an outdated version they sent because they ran out of what I ordered instead of just sending a different color in what was originally ordered they completely changed the device.
