We bought this for Christmas for our granddaughters and she only uses it a couple times and now it won't even charge or turn on totally junk for the price

Absolutely horrible, screen broke after ONE DROP. They state they guarantee the screen is shatter proof but when I contacted them they said they could fix it for a charge or i can buy another one.

I bought this tablet in December for my daughter as a Christmas gift and she's only played with it for three months. Now it will not charge. I've plugged it up with multiple devices and wall outlets to find that it must be a malfunction with the device. I have contacted Walmart support and they will not replace the item. I attempted to contact the seller Amazingadget, but they are out of business. I wonder why. So now I am left with a tablet that is useless. I am not happy.

I bought 2 of these one in green and one in blue for my kids Christmas and they are more trouble than they are worth. First it took me hours to set them up because as I was downloading apps for my kids the apps would just disappear and I had to start over (this happened for both tablets) but I haven't had any issues with that since that night. Second and biggest issue is that the tablets (both) will not stay connected to the internet. Sometimes it'll be every few minutes sometimes they can get about 10 mins out of it before it'll just disconnect in the middle of a video and then it takes multiple attempts to reconnect it. We have good internet so that's not the issue. Lastly, about 15% of one side of the screen on one tablet stopped working. You can still see everything fine but touch screen function doesn't operate. Overall I would tell my friends and family to steer clear of these.

Brought for my 1 year old son on Christmas-he loves looking at Elmo on it everyday!! Brought for church using the headphones-came in handy. He threw it across the room numerous times %26 not a scratch or crack! Overall good device no problems so far…
